Beautiful cabin, great location BUT one huge problem - on the 2nd night of our 5 night stay we were awakened to a flying squirrel IN the cabin. We called the rental agency Landmark Rentals to see if they could help us - they told us "they've had this problem before in this cabin ( a squirrel)" . Long story short, they did nothing to remedy the situation or extract the squirrel so the next night when it showed up again we packed up and left not wanting to have another sleepless night.
Sadly because the cabin is cozy, spotless, charming and quiet. Perfect location from everything.
So given the fact that this squirrel has shown up before and it seems the rental agency does very little to remedy the problem, unless you want an extra guest, it may be good idea to look elsewhere.

The layout and style of the cottage is perfect for a couple. The resort amenities are excellent and nearby, as is one of our favorite restaurants, Table 64.
The cottage has privacy, but it does share a driveway and property line with a larger nearby house. That house was empty when we rented, but if it is occupied, the cabin will not seem so private.
There is no dishwasher. More serious, there is no cell phone service and no landline.
