Questa casa spettacolare attende quelli con i gusti più esigenti. Eagle Ridge è una casa spaziosa con una vista fantastica. Ha sei camere da letto, cinque bagni e mezzo. È dotato di camino a gas, mobile bar, cucina gourmet e lavanderia. Due master suite, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale al piano principale. Il livello superiore offre un'altra master suite con letto king size e vista. La tana al piano superiore ha due camere da letto aggiuntive, una con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno e una con un letto e un bagno. Il terzo livello è l'area giochi per bambini con due letti singoli e letti estraibili. La cucina presenta ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La lavanderia si trova appena fuori dalla cucina. Ci sono due frigoriferi nella suite della cucina e uno nella barra bagnata nel soggiorno. C'è una TV a schermo piatto in ciascuno dei due soggiorni.

My extended family stayed in this house through the new year. The house is big and there are several different areas for groups to gather and play games, watch TV, etc. The views from the multiple decks were incredible. The gas fireplaces worked well, and the outdoor fire pit with stocked wood was wonderful. The management company made it easy to check in and check out.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a last minute family getaway. The house design allowed for groups to have plenty of space and room to spread out. The game room downstairs was a HUGE hit with the kiddos. Wifi was strong for the area and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Only complaint / request would be for more seating on the lovely porch to enjoy the view! Would rent again!

The house is as described with 6 bedroom/5 bath and is great for a large family or multiple families. 3 master suites which is nice. Lots of room and close to the town of Cashiers. Incredible views. The only negative was the renovations that were underway. Looks like there are new owners and they are making improvements. Didnt bother us but I can see where this may bother the tenant looking for perfection.

We are accustomed to renting properties for our group and were very disappointed in the cleanliness and accommodations. We had 8 adults and outside there was a table and four chairs. This house had 6 bedrooms and it was so surprising to see the lack of outdoor seating.
A couple of the bathrooms were dirty with toothpaste and hair in the sinks, and one closet had no light bulb. The porch windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dead flowers were left in the dining room. The newel posts had so much dust, you could write your name in them. You would of thought with COVID being so prevalent, extra attention would have paid to those areas. We contacted the management and they tried to get someone to come and clean, but it was going to be 2 days, so we said never mind. We. Leaned it ourselves. We were given a garage door opener, it didn’t work. We met the neighbor and were told there was a cleaning crew there most of the day. Not sure what they did. The bar area had absolutely nothing in it. No wine glasses, no drink glasses and no wine or bottle openers.
