NOVITÀ per il 2020! Questa esclusiva casa sul lungomare offre privacy e bellezza sul fiume North (appena fuori dal fiume Saint Marys). Guarda come passano gli yacht a vela e le barche di gamberi. Dal molo privato è possibile raggiungere facilmente in barca le spiagge dell'isola di CUMBERLAND e l'Oceano Atlantico. Puoi anche andare in kayak o pescare direttamente dal molo. Tramonti incredibili! Perfetto per una coppia, famiglia o ritiro aziendale. Puoi portare la tua barca (la rampa della barca pubblica è molto vicina). Cortile recintato. Grande ponte su una veranda con una vasca idromassaggio. Master in Main. Ulteriori camere da letto al piano superiore. TV in ogni camera tranne la camera dei bambini. Open space. Seminterrato / garage non finiti. Le escursioni locali possono includere la visita: Cumberland Island in traghetto, la storica Saint Marys (negozi e il lungomare), ristoranti di pesce, la spiaggia di Amelia Island (45 minuti) Okefenokee Swamp (55 minuti), Jekyll Island (1 ora) e ALTRO! Goditi una passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta nel quartiere o nel vicino cantiere navale Saint Marys. Soggiorno minimo di 4 giorni. Spero di vedervi presto!

Everything was just as described kids loved it plenty of room for them to play and great location right on the water we will definitely stay again in the future

Tiffany was great to work with. She alone is worth 5 stars. The location was also a 5. There were a lot of stairs which made it difficult for a couple of people in our party. We appreciated that the property felt like it had been well cleaned. The property is definitely in need of some TLC though. There was a little bit of a mildew smell to the upper level bathroom and bedroom. The upstairs bathroom is pretty dated. The kitchen had the things required, but could have used a few more pots, pans and seasonings. There were no extra regular garbage bags for the kitchen garbage. With that being said, we all agreed we would stay here again. The location is amazing and the fishing dock was amazing with gorgeous views. This is a place you stay at for location alone and it was definitely worth the price. Tiffany, again you were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about her. The hitchhikers our little dog would get in his hair were also terrible as a caution to those with pets. And be careful of the trees that are at the end of the driveway. It made for careful exits. We almost hit the tree a few times as we were coming and going a lot for wedding.

Tiffany was great, very responsive and easy to access. Took care of any immediate needs and questions, thank you. Swapped out bikes that were not working. Kayaks were in good shape with all necessary gear. Dock was great and recently replaced
The main negative was that the back deck had alot of wood rot and exposed nails. Stairs and railing were in bad shape, both the back deck and front stairs
