Hai raggiunto la destinazione perfetta con questa Villa splendidamente decorata situata nel cuore della bellissima Seagrove Beach, a pochi minuti da ottimi ristoranti e dal famoso mare. Questa unità di quattro camere da letto si trova al quarto piano con facile accesso all'ascensore. Questo condominio è spazioso e allegro se stai cercando un'esperienza di lusso a prezzi accessibili sulla spiaggia, questo è il posto giusto. L'accesso alla spiaggia si trova attraverso Scenic 30A e c'è una piscina che è possibile nuotare sulla proprietà. * Noleggio da sabato a sabato nella stagione estiva. * Parcheggio per 2 auto. | * Piscina riscaldata stagionalmente (chiamare per le date).

Very cozy place with near beach access. Other than a few small maintenance/convenience things we had a wonderful time. The heated pool on property was great to entertain a toddler. I would recommend reviewing the kitchen for maintenance (disposal) and for key items that a guest might not bring with them (oven mit, etc.) Thanks for letting us stay!

I recently stayed at a unit with a stunning view of the ocean, which made for a beautiful backdrop throughout my visit. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local restaurants and beaches.
However
However, the unit itself was in need of a facelift. Some aspects felt dated, and a bit of updating would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
I was disappointed with my stay due to a few issues. The unit was missing potholders, which made cooking a hassle. More concerning, there was a strong odor of dog urine that was quite unpleasant. We had to buy vinegar to help mitigate the smell. Overall, while the location was great, these issues detracted significantly from our experience.
On a positive note, the management company was responsive and helpful, though out our trip.
