Recentemente aggiornato con ripiani in granito in cucina e nei bagni aggiunge un comfort desiderabile.
High Pointe si trova a sei miglia a est di Seagrove vicino alla famosa Rosemary Beach a Seacrest Beach e questo resort autonomo offre tutta la bellezza naturale della Costa Smeralda. Miglia di sabbia bianca candida, dune ondulate e santuari naturali. Pedalate, fate jogging o camminate lungo il sentiero che corre parallelo al resort. Servizi igienici e un bar e grill stagionale sul golfo si trovano nel gazebo sulla passerella per la spiaggia.

We have stayed at HP for 15 years and this is the best service yet. The unit was just right, reasonable and Benchmark kept in contact with us in case we needed anything. Using Benchmark again!

The location of this unit is amazing. First-floor walk in for pool and instant access to the beach. For the convenience alone, I would consider renting again. The condo itself is nicely furnished, but the amenities could be improved. There was no coffee filters or coffee for the machine, only one roll of TP in each bathroom, no tissue boxes and only no hand soaps at any sink. The carpet in the bedrooms also need to be cleaned, and there was popcorn under one of the beds in the double-bed room. If you arrive earlier than 4pm for check in, do not plan to get early access. You will not even be allowed into the gated property before 4pm, and you will have to drive/walk around with luggage, etc., before the unit is ready. Also, it is a good idea to bring your own laundry pods as the unit will leave you two laundry soaps and two dishwasher soaps. The property management states there are no beach towels/toys, however, there is a closet with a couple of boards, chairs, towels and sand toy sets for the beach. The unit also comes with complimentary beach chair and umbrella set up each day, with is really great.

All was very very good. Thank you for the beach chairs and umbrellas. At the beginning, they did not believe we had chairs in umbrellas, but we got that straightened out. The security folks were friendly and did a great job helping us be sure that only the yellow wristband folks came and went.All was very very good. Thank you for the beach chairs and umbrellas. The dryer has a hangup in it where it will eat one item of clothing. To get that item of clothing out of the machine you typically have to yank on that item of clothing sometimes tearing up and at the very least putting a black spot on it. Not a big deal for us, however it may help future renters to have a little better dryer. Again, not a dealbreaker for us we loved our stay and look to return next year.I’ll speak to text with no proofreading LOL
