Charming older home with lots of space, home looks so tiny from the outside but it’s very roomy inside. Tvs in all the rooms and 3 bathrooms is great for larger groups. Kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets you could need and Kevin was very informative and helpful.

This was an amazing property and a perfect stay for our family reunion!!! We gathered for a week in Canon City (where one of our brothers lives) to hike, boat and play together. We could not have asked for a better gathering spot. The house has been designed for maximum social engagement: a big kitchen, a huge island with stools, a big dining table, every kitchen item you can think of, two wine fridges and plenty of spaces for quiet connections and big conversations. The icing on the cake is the wonderful backyard patio with a big grill, a hot tub and plenty of seating. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained...and was meticulously spotless. It's centrally located in Canon City, an easy walk downtown and a convenient drive to trailheads and put-ins.The owner, Kevin, is delightful and made a point of meeting us at check-in. We were excited to find that he and his partner have a number of properties in the neighborhood and are working hard to refurbish older homes and re-create a vibrant neighborhood. We HIGHLY recommend this property and all those that Kevin & Rich own.

Gorgeous property! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen stocked and common area was perfect for gathering. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful. Parking available for 3-4 cars in the back.

House was very clean, well decorated and very comfortable with a large kitchen for cooking, clean fridge/ freezer and everything worked. Would recommend if you are staying in the area.
