Lovely Large St Annes Maisonette with Roof Garden
Grande maisonette a Lytham St Annes sopra la via dello shopping locale, completamente indipendente e 5 minuti dal lungomare e dal centro città. Primo e secondo piano. Elegante e molto confortevole. Cucina completamente attrezzata e sala da pranzo. Negozi locali a portata di mano, tra cui una cooperativa e un chimico, nonché un asporto cinese e il miglior fish and chips in città. Una fermata dell'autobus fuori per raggiungere il centro di Blackpool o St Annes (5 minuti in auto). 3 camere da letto lo rendono ideale per le famiglie.

Top place to stay , very well furnished and spacious , great location for golf etc

We (three generations) enjoyed our stay at this property in quiet Lytham St Annes. The property is lived in by the owners when not rented out and well cared for. This means a fully equipped kitchen among other things. Being a Victorian age home, even remodeled, there are shallow stairs, three floors including the floor level entry, and windows without screens and heating but no AC and poor ventilation. We caught the edge of a (humid) heatwave and slept poorly as a result, but don’t hold that against the owners. Essential conveniences are available on the block (groceries, over the counter medications, takeaway). A sleepy residential area surrounds the rental, which also sits next to a bus stop for what seems to be a very accessible 24h bus service running between Fairhaven and Blackpool. Owners were responsive and friendly. Thanks for having us in your home.

Highly recommend this place, from the outside it looks small but once inside it does not disappoint. Well equipped, comfortable. Home from home.

Absolutely beautiful property, would move in tomorrow! Everything is there you need.Lovely added bonus of roof terrace.Phil was the most accommodating host, nothing was to much trouble. Would definately recommend.
