Property management company cleaning staff did not do an adequate job before we arrived. Slipping on "Cleaned" signs on toilets does not mean they were cleaned.
WIFI intermittent, sometimes out for hours.
TV in living room not operational.

Casa del Sol was perfect! We had two families with us and were extremely comfortable and relaxed in the house. The porch facing the ocean was a super hangout spot. The walk to the beach was fast and easy.
The only challenge was that there seemed to be an excessive amount of cleaning upon check out--more than any other vacation rental I've ever had. By the end, the only thing we hadn't done was clean the bathrooms.

It would have been nice to spend the week rather than one night for $2k..Hurricane BETA was arriving and we had to leave since we have toddler and small yorkies that could not have handled the weather..wish I could get some refund

Interior looks like it was recently painted, very clean. TVs and internet on Xfinity, worked well. Great view of the beach, beach walkway is just one property over, easy to get to. This part of Surfside Beach allows car parking on the beach. Plenty of room for our seven.

Right on the beach!
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sol! Just a few steps to the beach! Living area, master bedroom, and deck have a wonderful view of the gulf, and neighborhood beach access is only one house over. House was well cared for, clean, and comfortable. Pots and pans were in bad shape, but at checkout I mentioned it and they said they will be replaced. One burner of the stove is missing a part and not useable, but other 3 worked fine. Some dishes & silverware were a little dirty, so we washed before using. Communication with property management was excellent. Cleaning requirements were not bad, but you do have to make and strip beds, sweep & vacuum, and take out all trash. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, salt & pepper, and bottled water for cooking & drinking. There is hand and dish soap, but you need to bring laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and any other cleaning supplies. Beds, couches, and table/bar offered plenty of space for all 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
The house was not what we expected at all. The stove didn’t work properly at all. One of the windows in bedroom was broken an wouldn’t shut, and bugs would get in. The house was not clean had to do that when we got there. The beach was not clean and way too many all night parties.

First time renting this house, I was very surprised at the comfort of the beds and how spacious it is. My only 2 disappointments was the distance from the beach and having to walk across another property to get to the ramp.
