Nice central location. I only gave it a 4 due to freeway noise. I must say, to be fair, most of Green Valley has this issue. Some areas are even closer. The unit isn’t large, but it was big enough for the 2 of us. It appears a bunch of recent remodeling was done. Nice large patio has a great view of the mountains. We were there during COVID times, but we did meet some of the neighbors. I imagine under normal circumstances we would have had more interaction with them. The local GVR center was a walkable distance away. A larger center with pickle ball was just over a mile away.
If we ever return to GV we would consider using this unit again.

Excellent property
Beautiful property with excellent, responsive owner. Greatly enjoyed my stay and the amenities. Unfortunately my stay was cut short due to the need to return home due to Covid 19 but would love to return. Thank you Susan!

My aunt and I stayed here while she looked at real estate in Green Valley. The place was cute, clean, and had nice little extras we enjoyed like coffee stocked in the kitchen and a blow dryer in the bathroom. We both agreed we would stay here again!
