Excellent stay. Nice VRBO perfect for using as a base for maximum time at beach or pool. Pool was really nice and better than other options nearby.

Our stay at Joe's house was great! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We really enjoyed our mornings sitting on the front porch. The house is very close to the pool and a short distance from the beach.

Like all the houses in the Rookery this one is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood has a nice pool and tennis court (with pickleball lines). Easy walking distance to the beach (around a half mile). I had to request check-in instructions. The instructions he provided were clear and simple! (I did accidently forget to return the parking passes. If you stay here, make sure you leave the parking passes on the table at check out!)
