Parking was great, David was a great host and I had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. There was no unnecessary noise. Everything was very clean and it was good to have so many options for a lovely breakfast. I really enjoyed my visit 😍.

I usually try to book an onsuite because I don't want to disturb anyone in the night but this was fine.

Very local to the town center for my job, David was very accommodating and made you feel very welcome , The breakfast options were fantastic , so much to choose from , fruit, cereal, toast, croissants plus tea or coffee. Thank you again David

I did write on the little card a small box of tissues and a fan as the room was very warm at night ( I never asked to start if a fan was available .

Owner operator very nice

Room and access all very tight. Understand students have different requirements than travellers but makes for very tight room

It was clean and the location was good for what we needed.

Host didn't mention cooked breakfast needed to be ordered the night before either upon arrival or in the message during the afternoon. Hundreds of photos of random people in the rooms and around the house. Feels like you're intruding. Far too many rooms for a shared bathroom. The bathroom is very 80's, the shower has zero power. Privacy poor, walking from the room to bathroom, you'd see kids peering round their door watching you. Double bed was small and mattress thin, old thin towels. Power sockets consist of extension leads plugged into extension leads. All a bit sketchy. If this was a bargain price, I wouldn't mind, but with the Travelodge down the road at the same price, it isn't good value for money. It's more like a hostel and should be at least half the price they charge.
