Well equipped, very nice home in quiet neighborhood. Redwood trails just steps away and Arcata center about 2 miles away.

The second bedroom doesn’t have curtains or blinds on window and so morning light woke us up much too early each of our 3 mornings, making us low in sleep! Additionally, owner’s own home next door had an outdoor night light on one night, which shone through the bedroom window, affecting our sleep.

The kitchen was well equipped. I liked that many items were labeled for our convenience, e.g., light switches, complimentary supplies, trash and recycling bins. I felt safe in the home and neighborhood. Scenery and views were pleasant from every vantage point. It was very relaxing.

I didn’t see some of the specific property details until after booking and then couldn’t change my answers, such as counting visitors as occupants, parking for just one car (difficult with handicapped person and all their adaptive equipment), and not able to enter early (one-half hour).

Great vibe! Super comfortable. Terrific location.

Great location for our daily hikes and in the vicinity of grocery, the HSU campus and highway. Quiet neighborhood. We requested an item and the host was able to get it to us within the day.
