Gulf front Island home with heated pool & dock in Tarpon Springs
Seaside Cottage si trova sul Golfo del Messico alla fine della penisola sull'isola Seabreeze a Tarpon Springs. Howard Beach è a 10 minuti di kayak (due kayak e 2 paddle board inclusi nella casa). Incredibile pesca al largo del molo, con i delfini che nuotano da e verso il molo, insieme a razze, tonnellate di pesci e un lamantino occasionale.
Seaside Cottage è stato recentemente rinnovato e ha due livelli. Il livello superiore ha una cucina a pianta aperta con un lavandino della fattoria, ripiani in quarzo, nuovi armadi ed elettrodomestici e un'enorme isola aperta sulla zona pranzo e soggiorno. All'ingresso, sembra di essere su una nave da crociera con vista sull'acqua! Due camere da letto (letto matrimoniale e letto matrimoniale) al piano superiore con un bellissimo bagno di lusso. Il livello inferiore ha una sala riunioni per famiglie, un bar, una grande camera da letto con 4 letti a castello e un letto a rotelle che può ospitare 2, bagno completo e lavanderia.
Il cursore di grandi dimensioni al piano superiore si apre su un enorme ponte superiore con vista sulla piscina. Il cortile ha una piscina, un'amaca, un molo e bellissime palme che fiancheggiano la diga.
Al Seaside Cottage, puoi andare in kayak nel Golfo aperto, pagaiare verso la bellissima Howard Beach ed esplorare la natura nei canali di mangrovie ad est.
La casa si trova alla fine della penisola di Seabreeze Island, vicino ai famosi Sponge Docks e ai fantastici ristoranti.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was great and the view from all rooms was amazing! Our hosts, Chris and Roni, were very helpful and responsive. We're already planning a return trip.

We had the best stay at this property over Memorial weekend. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, the decor is gorgeous and it has everything you need. The exterior of the house and the view are stunning and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Chris and Roni were excellent hosts. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful; the lot is at the end of a peninsula, on a cul de sac street. Somehow the placement of the house provides a great deal of privacy, which is always very important to me. The home is unbelievably appointed; they have thought of everything. We hardly left the house in 6 weeks because we were always happiest on the deck watching the water, swimming in the pool and the sunsets... whoa. Roni, one of the owners is super responsive and also helpful. She is a delight. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.

This listing cannot even describe what all you will experience when you rent this place! The most beautiful location, close to town (if you need or want to shop or eat), close to many beaches, or you can never leave at all! We saw sea creatures EVERY day from the house and the dock area- dolphins, sting rays, manatees, sea turtle, and all kinds of fish! Beautifully modern decor and furnishings, super clean, the owner has thought of every detail- from the hand soaps, the swimming pool toys, the ocean toys, bug spray and hydrocortisone (the insects will literally eat you alive after dark), beach towels galore, sand toys, beach chairs, fire pit, hammock, kitchen well equipped and outside seating on top deck and bottom porch. Yard, landscaping, dock and views- all amazing! Beds were all comfy. Easy and fast communication with the owners and always had great recommendations for local eateries and things to enjoy in the area! We hope to get to return some day, because we LOVED staying here and the location, truly a perfect little paradise!
