Recentemente ristrutturato, storico appartamento al secondo piano in città nel vecchio fabbro, situato sul comune più antico del Maine. Lucernari luminosi e ariosi illuminano questo monolocale con tutti i comfort necessari, con letto king size con la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo a due letti nello spazio comune, piano piano aperto e molti posti a sedere per rilassarsi. Ottima posizione! A soli 20 minuti di auto da Camden e Rockland, e 1,5 ore da Bar Harbor e Acadia National Park.

Attention to detail and quality offered in every item, from towels to flatware to furniture, make this a wonderful, comfortable, and charming place to be. The location is perfect for us while visiting friends and family in the midcoast area. We shall return!

Spacious studio, immaculately clean and very well stocked. Five stars all around. Walk to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store in charming center of Union.

This was the most wonderful place we have ever stayed, and really the highlight of our trip. We were trying to find the perfect blend of a place that was relaxing (my husband’s style of vacation) and central to the Maine experience (what I was looking for) and this place could not have been more perfect. Close to Camden, and away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor but a day trip there is quite manageable. Ruthie was very communicative and friendly in all aspects of the rental process, as well as during our stay. This place is clean, comfortable, classy, convenient, and private. We raved all week about how wonderful it was. The hosts have truly thought of everything that might be needed, and we were continually delighted as we discovered more and more special touches around the place. I would only warn that the studio is completely upstairs (which the hosts are very clear about), and with the sloped ceilings it could be a little tricky for someone very tall, particularly the bathroom doorway. My husband is 6’2” and did just fine as long as he was mindful.
Overall wonderful accommodations, complete with a binder of suggestions of restaurants and experiences which really filled things out for us. Can’t wait to come again!

If your looking for the perfect home away from home, this is the place. It has everything you need.!!!The Owners have designed the most comfortable space with beautiful touches. Ruthie and Joshua are so knowledgeable and provide a list of activities to do around town and the surrounding areas.
The town is sweet with beautiful parks, lakes, and beautiful scenery. A grocery store, coffee shop, and great restaurants are next door. So much to see and do. It was a wonderful vacation!!!

This may be one of the best vacation rentals we've every had. To start with Ruthie and Josh are incredible hosts; they thought of everything a guest might need (or forget) to make a comfortable stay, including awesome suggestions for getting the most out of the area. They clearly love Union and the Mid Coast of Maine, and it's easy to see why. There was so much hiking, good food and beautiful vistas to take in. It's two doors down from an excellent pub, and yet it gets nice and quiet for a peaceful evening. The apartment is so well designed and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen for when you want to stay at home. Before we arrived we didn't know how a 6+ft person would do with the sloped ceilings, but it wasn't a problem at all! The apartment is airy and spacious with lovely furnishings and a nice little library in case you want to read a real book.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in one of the best vacation rentals we have ever enjoyed. The location, comfort, and attention to detail were superb! Beautifully decorated, updated, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!
