Amerai questa casa spaziosa e bella che può ospitare fino a 18 persone! Internet velocissimo (100mb) supporterà tutti i tuoi dispositivi. Situato all'estremità nord di Carlsbad, a pochi minuti dalla maggior parte dei ristoranti della città ea soli trenta minuti di auto dal Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Rilassati con la famiglia o il gruppo in questa casa di quattro camere da letto con 2 letti king size, 1 letto queen size, una camera a castello con quattro letti full size e due divani letto queen size.

Tutti i nuovissimi mobili rustici sono super comodi con un tocco sud-occidentale. TV a grande schermo in ogni camera, che trasmetterà in streaming tutti i tuoi programmi TV via cavo preferiti. Il gioco Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade farà divertire i bambini. Due tavoli da pranzo full size che possono ospitare 13, e un patio esterno coperto che può ospitare 6. La casa è fornita di caffettiera, frullatore, tostapane ed elettrodomestici moderni. Lavatrice e asciugatrice con asse da stiro. Bellissimi bagni spaziosi. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with a bathroom toilet flushing. He sent someone over and fixed it right away. House was clean and in a great location. Plenty of towels for all of us and easy check out.

Property was as listed and comfortable for our group. House was clean and in good condition. Location is ideal for restaurants and proximity to National Parks. Thanks for a great stay.

The home is in a decent neighborhood. The owner was very good at communication. We loved that there were two tables in the dining area so everyone could eat together. The kids loved the game system. There were two issues that made the stay less than great. First, the home just wasn’t that clean. Like if you just glanced it looked ok, but the rug in the living area was extremely dirty and didn’t appear to have been vacuumed well. It needs to either be replaced or have it steam cleaned. This wouldn’t have probably been a big deal, but we had four toddlers and two grade school kids who wanted to play on the floor. One toddler found a pill just under the couch and another kid found some gummies (not sure if they were regular or drugs) but these things scared us to death. Additionally, the ceiling fans, blinds, and baseboards were filthy. In general, the home just needs a really good deep cleaning. The bathrooms were mostly clean, but the walls were dirty and had touch up paint in completely different colors. That wasn’t a big deal, but it just showed the lack of care. The second big issue for us was the room with the bunks. It stayed extremely hot in that room. It would benefit from a window unit or something like that to help it cool down. The bunk beds also really need to be tightened up. They definitely felt too unstable for adults to sleep on (even on the bottom bunk). Additionally, I would note that the furniture is pretty worn out and is uncomfortable.
