The rooms are clean with all amenities like kitchenette , cooking ware which is great for a long term stay. Gym and self laundry area are also great to have access to.
The staff is very respectful and kind.

I always enjoy my stay here. These hotels are lovely, comfortable, and affordable. Very good place to stay if you need the diplomatic quarter.
Not a walkable neighbourhood but this is Riyadh we’re talking about!

It was a good stay, and the breakfast was also good but can be better.

The location
No lights in the corridor, tobacco smoke and smell. Hotel guests smoking in a nonsmoking room and spreading the bad smell through AC system.
