La proprietà si trova in mezzo acro di ulivi maturi, fichi, noci e aranci con tranquilli salotti e una generosa terrazza chiusa da muri a secco. Una splendida piscina si estende drammaticamente da un livello della terrazza al livello del giardino inferiore. C'è una zona per bambini poco profonda per i bambini o coloro che desiderano sedersi e rinfrescarsi, questo è collegato alla zona di nuoto principale da una leggera pendenza. La piscina è piena da aprile a fine settembre e non è riscaldata, quindi potrebbe essere un po 'fredda ad aprile e settembre! La casa è stata rinnovata con stile 50 metri quadrati di spazio abitativo con un fuoco a legna per le notti invernali. Quattro porte-finestre aprono lo spazio abitativo su altri 50 metri quadrati di area terrazzata esterna per cenare o sorseggiare un cocktail all'ombra dell'olivo. La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla con vista sulle montagne tutt'intorno. La struttura si trova a 5 minuti in auto da Orgiva, una vivace cittadina con ristoranti, mercati e negozi di buon cibo e vino.

Characterful property within easy driving distance of Orgiva village. Property was as described, pool was fabulous.

We just spent a glorious 10 days at Casa Luca. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are exceptional, plenty of shade, especially around the pool which made the hot weather more manageable with small children. The pool is a highlight with the views of the mountains. It was warm at night inside the bedrooms but this is to be expected in August and we managed ok. Thanks Sigi for great communication and a wonderful stay. We would love to return one day!

My husband, son aged 14 and daughter aged 12 stayed at Sigi’s place for 14 nights. The setting is beautiful. The villa itself is simple and very stylish with everything you need. The pool is definitely the best pool we have ever had with the most amazing picture perfect backdrop. The children spent hours in it playing volleyball.
During our stay we did ‘El Caminito del Rey’ which was a great experience but it’s a bit of a drive (2 hours).
Closer by and definitely not to be missed, is the Alhambra and the Albaicín area of Granada.
We also went horse riding locally and did a sunset hike. Both great experiences.
Sigi’s place is a lovely to get away from it all. We didn’t really venture into Órgiva town centre much other than to get groceries as BBQing at the villa was so lovely. There are some picturesque little villages to visit which are only a 25 min drive away.
Sigi is a great host and responds quickly! Barney and his wife Sarah look after the pool and garden and Clara does the cleaning. All really great and lovely to chat to 😊

The house was really beautiful. It was well equipped and it looked even better than it already looked on the photographs. Very comfortable. Nice bedrooms, good beds.Great garden with orange-, olive-, fig- and walnut-trees. Big terrace with a BBQ and a family-table in the shadow of a big and very old olivetree. Very nice pool, that is being cleaned twice a week.The nearby village (5 minutes by car, a 25 minutes walk) has a proper supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurant etc.There is a lovely restaurant at a 5 minutes walk from the house (nice terrace, romantic garden, good food and wines and when we were there live music).We made beautiful walks along the riverside and in the mountains. Also visited the villages and bodega's in the mountains.We were with 8 persons (age 18-65), all were very enthousiastic about the house and environment!Small point of improvement: a little bit more tableware would be nice (there were 8 of each item, so we had to wash a halffull dishwasher after every meal).Very kind and helpful owner.We all had a perfect holiday in Orgiva!
