Westbay Cove 236 situato a 600 Manatee Ave West a Holmes Beach è un pittoresco e lussuoso condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni sulla baia di Anna Maria Island, che offre splendide viste sulla baia di Tampa. Dall'ampio balcone, si possono ammirare albe mozzafiato sulla baia e viste spettacolari sul Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Gli ospiti possono nuotare, andare in kayak o pescare dal cortile. Se sei un amante della natura questo condominio fa per te, poiché puoi vedere bellissimi uccelli e delfini all'interno del condominio. Il condominio è situato a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalle sabbie bianche di Manatee Beach, il supermercato di Publix, CVS, negozi e numerosi ristoranti. Con un facile accesso al carrello gratuito Anna Maria Island, non è necessaria un'auto.
C'è un televisore a schermo piatto da 50 "nel soggiorno e un televisore a schermo piatto da 37" nella camera da letto principale. Inoltre, una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Westbay Cove offre due piscine riscaldate, una zona salotto all'aperto e un campo da tennis. Con la vista sul lungomare, la posizione comoda e l'arredamento confortevole non vorrai mai lasciare questo bellissimo spazio.

What a beautiful condo! We found 236 to be a wonderful place to stay. It was updated, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the view.

Excellent property. View is fabulous, but be aware that it is solid glass across the bay view except for 2 small screened windows. Walking distance to beach and Publix and many other stores. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. There are some unfinished items after the total renovation of this unit. Pictures online need to be updated--owner has installed wonderful remote control blinds. The entire complex is undergoing a complete renovation in the spring/summer 2024, so check on the progress before booking. We love West Bay Cove, easy on and off the island. Well kept grounds. Management company is professional and responsive to all requests, but sometimes they are not well informed by the owners about what is going on.

Bus stop for free trolley and number 3 to Bradenton at entrance of unit road
Probably 4 min walk to trolley 10-12 min walk to manatee public beach.
We left 3 Recliner beach chairs in property although there were 3 there already and 6 ft beach umbrella, nice little shopping/beach trolley we put chairs and umbrella on ideal for carrying stuff to beach small but all fitted ok .
Air conditioning was not working when we got there emailed and left phone message at 7pm ,Amy came out to condo at 10 pm and arranged someone to repair it next day which it was well done Amy .
Owners came in and said they are looking to upgrade property with new vanity unit’s and new recliner seating in lounge area for next year .
No need for car here .
Even if you go off Annamarie island number 3 bus is short walk to get to Walmart or number 6 to Cortez area to Aldi Bealls Walmart both buses $1.5 per trip great restaurants on an off island taxi was approximately $15 to $25 to go off island .
Used Tommy cars for taxi from Tampa airport $135 plus 20% Tip ask for driver Dan very knowledgeable about area very helpful with luggage great friendly man .
