The house fit our needs very well. Big spacious open floor plan was great for our family of 4. Everything we needed for cooking was there. The house is very close to the beach and the pool was awesome for the whole family. The pool is shared, but it is very large. House was clean other than the ceiling fans and the A/C vents. Our recommendation would be to Bring your own bedding for sure.Downsides were - 1. No washer and dryer. 2. Could use some new mattresses on a couple beds.

2024 prices in OBX were outrageous & almost priced our family out of a vacay. This house was w/in our budget, was w/in walking distance of the beach, had a community pool to use & was clean. The ROI was not equivalent BUT I do not fault the owner. I know taxes, fees & price of maintenance has increased. The house is average, in good condition, well stocked kitchen (needs and exhaust fan) and its safe. It's just not what we are used to.
