L'établissement correspond à ce qui est annoncé, très bien situé et bien équipé. Accueil très amical. Piscine très appréciable en fin de journée ou aux heures les plus chaudes.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The value for money is excellent, and the location is fantastic — the sea is only about 250 metres away, just a three-minute walk. The property offers so many great facilities: a large, very clean and warm swimming pool, a tennis court, plenty of games for the whole family, a lovely outdoor area and a barbecue. It was my first time playing tennis, and my children and I played every morning. I enjoyed it so much that I’m even thinking about continuing when I get home! The apartment is spacious and has everything we needed, including a fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available on the property. Everything was included in the price, with no unexpected extra charges. There is a supermarket and market nearby. For groceries, I recommend E.Leclerc, while Mimizan is a good place to go for fresh seafood. The parking is a little tight, but I had no problems with it. We stayed at the end of August, so we chose an apartment without air conditioning to save money. It was absolutely fine thanks to the fans and cooler nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to accommodate our requests. You can really feel that they care about the property and keep it in excellent condition. I even met a family who were staying here for the fifth time — after our stay, I completely understand why!

The only negative thing I would mention is that the main living floor is partially underground, so it can feel a little dark. There are also no proper walls between some of the rooms. The children’s bedroom has no window, so we had to keep the door to the adults’ bedroom open all the time to allow some fresh air in. However, these are minor inconveniences compared with all the advantages this place offers.
