Situato a metà strada tra Ogunquit's Footbridge Beach e Main Beach, è facile iniziare la giornata con una destinazione balneare a pochi minuti in entrambe le direzioni.
Il viaggio è facile con il carrello locale. La fermata del tram più vicina si trova a poche centinaia di metri e se si prende l'auto, c'è un parcheggio pubblico (a pagamento) sulla spiaggia.
Nuovo sul mercato, questa casa ha molte belle caratteristiche tra cui pavimenti in legno al primo piano, una cucina rinnovata di dimensioni generose e una doccia esterna.
Il concetto aperto e il portico schermato attaccato rendono divertente l'intrattenimento. Che si tratti di radunarsi per un barbecue o di raccontare i semplici piaceri della giornata, questa casa è comodamente progettata per quei piaceri.
Per coloro che temono il gradino (delle scale) vi aspetta un'attraente camera da letto al primo piano.
E se i bambini hanno bisogno del loro rifugio divertente, la seconda camera da letto con letti a castello matrimoniali può riempire il conto.
Ben posizionato su un terreno pianeggiante con molto spazio in giardino, c'è spazio per giochi all'aperto quando il parco giochi sulla spiaggia ha riempito le ore pomeridiane.
Porta il furgone, porta il rimorchio, porta i kayak e l'aspirante marinaio. C'è un parcheggio per 4 veicoli e un piccolo extra per quei giochi d'acqua.

Great family home. Comfortable beds.
Good space for sitting around the table, relaxing in the living room and enjoying the beautiful outdoor deck.

Overall , we really enjoyed our stay
Very nice and cosy house with a large deck in the back. 20 minutes walk Near Footbridge beach between Ogunquit and Moody Beach. Also the river at high tide where you can do kayak or paddle board (bring your own). Very quiet neighborhood even though we are near the action and stores. Nice walk to the Marginal way overlooking the sea. We intend to come back .

This location was great! There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play lawn games. The neighborhood was nice and quiet yet close enough to town that we could walk. We would definitely look into staying here again!

This is a great property, beautiful home and convenient location, close to Ogunquit beach, updated appliances, smart tv, close to rt 1, close walk to shops. Would definitely stay there again!

34 Belm Lane is a wonderful home with space for 9 people. It has a magnificent deck (with a tiny sliver of visible ocean!), a great screened porch, which the kids took over in the evenings - which is also great for depositing beach paraphernalia. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off sand before coming in the house.
The kitchen was clean and easy to use; the king size bed in the master bedroom downstairs was dreamy, and the cross ventilation from windows had a lovely cool breeze keeping us cool at night (there is a wall-mounted AC unit in the living room and an attic fan).
Overall, lovely house. A bit far from the main beach - about a mile walk - but we enjoyed the walking each day. Very close to some excellent restaurants.
Highly recommended! Ogunquit Rental Properties, the local agent were wonderful to work with as well.

Check in was late, and check out was early and we had to go to a separate location to get & drop off the key. Other than that we LOVE this place! The main floor is where we spent most of our time the deck was beautiful and we had plenty of space. Quite street, kids could play outside. The cut through at the end of the road made going to Big Daddy's Ice Cream a 2 min walk & a nightly event, YUM!

House is very spacious and comfortable. Large living area, huge back deck, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, ample parking space, stocked kitchen, and more. Equidistant from two wonderful beaches (very walkable) and many shops and restaurants. We felt very fortunate to have stumbled on this home.

Wonderful house, perfect location for beaches, dining, and shopping
House is very spacious and comfortable. Large living area, huge back deck, screened-in porch, outdoor shower, ample parking space, stocked kitchen, and more. Equidistant from two wonderful beaches (very walkable) and many shops and restaurants. We felt very fortunate to have stumbled on this home.

The house matched the photos and was very clean. The spacious deck and screened porch were great hang out places. An added bonus were the nice appliances. Checking in and out was easy, and it was an overall good experience. Highly recommend.
