Everything about the room, the atmosphere, staff were excellent! The establishment was classy and quiet. It had various private areas inside and outside and the location was fantastic located just behind the square. Would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was good however a buffet style offering of hot food would have been greatly appreciated. This would have given greater choice but also for those on a low carb, high fat diet. (The platter for each room was loaded with offerings full of carbs and sugar!) Eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, spinach would have been great for those on a diet other than high carb and high sugar!

Air-con & Bathroom Fan not working in summer months; Balcony next to our window where ppl were smoking. I had a dirty towel.

Hotel is clean and cozy and has a great location. The receptionist was friendly and professional.

We had the small room for 2 people. The sofa was comfortable, everything clean. But there is no wardrobe in the room - we had no space where to put our clothes. Breakfast was fresh but for 4 star hotel a bit poor - would be nice to have a bit fruits and vegetable, better quality of bread and jam, some sweet pastry....etc

Really comfy beds, a great size room, clean, spacious and the location is perfect. The lounge area is also lovely. It's definitely worth getting the breakfast - very tasty and a lovely presentation.
