The place is close to a lot and a very short uber ride to the French Quarter, and incredibly restaurants. You can also walk if you are up for a long walk, there is a lot to see. We where worried it may not live to the picture but it was really great and far enough from many busy streets.

What a great place to stay! This place was very nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all necessities, and the location was fantastic! You are surrounded by great restaurants and bars and walking distance to Bourbon. We will definitely return!

Highly recommended. Perfect for the price, and the area is lovely. I love the additional table they provide on the balcony! It was perfect to sit there in the mornings with a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the view!

Colleagues who happen to be good friends were in town for a conference. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful home. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place! The condo is walking distance from so many great places to eat and shop. It is one block from Stop 17 on the Hop On Hop Off bus and that made it super easy to see the whole city from this dream escape. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay.

The property is an absolutely beautiful. The location is in the warehouse district which is close enough to walk to the French Quarter and far away enough from all of the noise. The property has all of the amenities that you need for your stay. I will definitely stay here again with no question. This property did not disappoint. Erika was an absolute doll. Very attentive and quick to respond.

My husband and adult son had a wonderful visit to New Orleans and loved returning to this beautiful home each night. We were welcomed with helpful instructions, cold drinks, and tasty chips. The location was perfect for us - close to the French Quarter but not too close. It is also within walking distance to the WWII museums and several restaurants that were on our not-to-miss list. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was perfectly peaceful and quiet. My son actually said “I’m sad to leave our VRBO.” I highly recommend this unit.

Luxury Condo near the Convention Center
This condo was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is only a 5 block walk to the convention center. It was only a 12 minute walk to Hotel Monteleone - Carousel Bar. Perfect location. If you’re going to entertain here I would recommend bringing your own platters and serving dishes and Tupperware for leftovers. The beds are super comfortable and the balcony is a great place to sit and have coffee. Check in is easy, the management is very helpful and quickly responds and owner is super friendly (met her in the hallway). I would definitely love to stay here again.

This was a beautiful condo in a good location. We could walk most of the places we wanted to go to. The beds were comfortable and amenities were beyond the usual. It had everything we needed.

Stress Free and Better Than Expected
Check-in and check-out process was super easy and stress-free. The property was better than I had expected. Great location to everything we wanted to do on our trip. Everything was hassle-free and very convenient for guests. Property manager Angel was super helpful and answered all of my questions when I had them. Definitely would refer to family and friends and hope to come back someday soon!

Everything about the apartment exceeded expectations! I traveled to New Orleans with my parents and we were never more than a 30-minute walk from anywhere we wanted or needed to be in the French Quarter. All the furniture and appliance in the unit were superb, and the balcony area was the icing on the cake. The owner and management were WONDERFUl - responsive, considerate, and extremely accommodating. They made the whole process from initial rental to check-out easy, and our stay that much more comfortable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The Perfect Property
I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this property! The location is ideal!!! The property itself is beautifully decorated with every amenity you may need. The bedrooms were dark and quiet at night and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We liked the concept of the keypad entry. The parking areas were convenient and we always felt safe. We can't imagine ever staying in a hotel when a place like this is available. Lastly, the owner of this property couldn't have been nicer or any more helpful. You can trust that the pictures and information provided are accurate. This property is a hidden gem!!!

Let me start by saying Michael is awesome! He was very quick and thorough with his responses. He was very helpful and informative I can't brag about him enough !!! Now for the property, it was a wow moment when we walked in. Oh, and gaining access to building and condo was so easy with the provided access codes and extremely secure. Absolutely perfect location a block away from the riverwalk, 6 min walk to the casino. Short walk to the French Quarter. The condo had everything you need warm homey I just can't brag enough on the total experience. My rating is 20 stars out of 10 !!!!!!

Awesome Place to Stay!
The place was beautiful. The pictures don't even do it justice - the exposed brick provides a historic feel to the condo!
Very spacious and has a great location (quick Uber or even walk to the French Quarter). Great communication with management, as we were checked in and out without a problem. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Impeccable Stay with Great Communication
The property is located within walking distance of the French Quarter. If you would rather use public transportation, there are streetcar lines within a few blocks of the property. Also, the New Orleans Convention Center is a short walk away as well as Julia Street. Street Car Station runs along the entire French Quarter. You can get a day pass for $3.00 that allows you to ride any public transportation for an entire 24 hour period.
The property also has available street parking. The Condo is very comfortable, well maintained, and within walking distance of a small convenience store. Also, a full-service grocery store is about 10 minutes from the condo.
The owner was very helpful in providing recommendations as well as providing access codes for the programmable door locks.
The condo is a 10-minute walk from the WWII museum. I would highly recommend that you take in the museum if you have the time during your trip. You need to consider taking the better part of a day to take in all that the museum has to offer.
I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

This is a phenomenal property! Ideal location! The pics and description do not do it justice! Super easy check-in and out! EVERYTHING works great!! Living space and beds are super comfy and welcoming! These accommodations will be hard to beat for the price!!!

Beautiful place and Convenient!
We absolutely loved our stay here for three nights! The building is on a safe, well lit street with minimal traffic and has keypad entry and security cameras. The inside was spotless, with almost every amenity you can think of! The fridge was stocked with drinks on arrival. There are plenty of items to cook with, and clean dishes and utensils, even though we ate out every night. Beds were extremely comfortable, and extra pillows were available. Clean bathrooms with beautiful showers and often forgotten toiletries were provided if needed. The location was convenient, only about a 6 minute walk to the casino, a block away from the riverwalk, and endless dining options. The owner was very nice and promptly provided check-in info and restaurant suggestions. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience, and look forward to returning again!

Bachelorette Getaway to NOLA
We had a GREAT stay at this property. We were in town with a great group of girls celebrating an upcoming wedding. The place was amazing, it was so full of character!! The exposed brick was charming. For most of our stay, we walked to all of our events and the area felt very safe and it was a straight shot down one street to get to the French Quarter where we spent a lot of our time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Lovely and Peaceful
We loved it here! The property manager was so easy to work with and was super kind. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to make your stay easy. Walked to many nearby restaurants and had easy access to inexpensively Uber anywhere we wanted to go. I will for sure book this place again when we come to town.

Perfect NOLA Experience
What a dream apartment! The location, the atmosphere, the amenities - everything was absolutely perfect for our 2 couple stay.
Bedrooms are separated so there is lots of privacy. The balcony was beautiful and it was so nice to have fresh air (much better than stuffy hotel rooms!).
The staff was more than accommodating - Angel was INCREDIBLY helpful. If you're going to be in NOLA, stay here! You will not be sorry.
We will definitely be back!

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The unit was stunning. Quiet street yet walkable to all the action! Many restaurants in the immediate area. I appreciated the water and Gatorade provided as it was very hot during my stay! The check in process was very easy and the host was always available if I had any questions. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit New Orleans!

Great Location, Beautiful Property
This place was gorgeous and more than we expected/needed. It was quiet (we were able to sleep), but so close to the action too. The bedrooms are REALLY dark which was great for sleeping! Well appointed, safe with a great little dive bar on a corner nearby for late night drinks close to "home away from home."
