We really only stayed to sleep but with a full kitchen you could make meals and eat here , or enjoy some time in the large living room with comfy couch and TV. It was spacious and clean , and beds were comfortable, and shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure.

Five adult family members enjoyed the spacious Greenway house. Nice location for walks to town or the FIT campus. Easy access to I95. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals during our 3 week stay. Beds were all comfortable and wifi was good for remote working . There are nice private patio areas but we had cool weather in January so did not use it much. The showers were all step in and had plenty of hot water. We appreciated Mandy’s great communication and warm welcome. She also recommended good restaurants Skewers and Coconut Cafe which we enjoyed. Many extras such as soaps, dishwasher pods, sponge and shampoo made it very nice.

We rented this property over the Christmas holiday. It was a perfect location for our extended family: nice large family room and kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, and grocery stores were just a few minutes away. Communication with the host was superb, with timely emails (proactive and responsive), and we appreciated her attention to detail. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this home!

The size was perfect for our party of 6 and the layout allowed us to put the kids to sleep with no worry of waking them up if the adults stayed up late or had company. The location is in a nice neighborhood close to the old downtown area of Melbourne, and it’s a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended! Bonus points for the mango tree out back with fresh fruit for the picking!

The property manager (Mandy) was great. Excellent communication and had the house perfectly clean for our arrival. The house was exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I am back in the area. Five Stars

This house was perfect for us! There were 6 ladies celebrating a 65th birthday.
Very nice neighborhood and plenty of parking.
I had lots of questions for Mandy regarding the house and the Melbourne area. She kindly took the time to suggest restaurants and things to do.
Loved the location being so close to downtown.
We went to an Escape Room and it was so much fun!
We only stayed for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!
I highly recommend this lovely, clean and comfortable house!

Needed a place to stay for the loss of my sister. House was clean there were snacks when we arrived which was great because due to our timeline we were pressed for time.
Loved the information folder, very helpful.
Only concern was the floor boards on the stair landing. Very weak.

Amazing Owners and Large Home
The owners were amazing from beginning to end and very accomodating. Great family time and only 4 minutes away from Downtown Melbourne with great restaurant options. You can fit your whole family and all the necessities and welcoming snacks and fruit werr included by the owners, even a nice bottlr of wine. A must stay.

Owner was helpful in letting us mail the things we needed, and communicated every time we needed her!
If you are a family that likes to do stuff together, and eat out, and come home to comfort, this is a sweeeet choice!
No pool, but huge yard and super cool sunken patio.
All the beds were comfy! The pillows high quality and a mix of soft- firm:)
The bedrooms well appointed remodeled beautifully with nice colors and fabrics etc!
The washer/dryer set is really great!

Owner was very responsive and the house was perfect for our visit. Loved the open living space that allowed us to spend time together but not be crowded. Beds were comfortable. New kitchen was great. Could use more cookware though. 4 mile straight shot to the beach and historic Melbourne just around the corner. No major frills but a great place to stay.

Owner was very responsive and the house was perfect for our visit. Loved the open living space that allowed us to spend time together but not be crowded. Beds were comfortable. New kitchen was great. Thank you Mandy for your hospitality allowing our team to stay in your impeccable home! This large house was perfect for us to spread out and relax after a long day at work! There were snacks and even fresh fruit for us upon our arrival along with a nice note. What a way to make us feel welcome!! You thought of everything right down to first aid supplies and lantern in the event of a power outage! These little touches really made us feel right at home! We visit Melbourne a few times a year, and would love to return if openings are available. Thank you again for everything!

Only good things to say. We had 4 kids each have their own bedroom and have their own space. We especially loved the beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, etc that was ready for us to use. Only 3-4 min drive to the beach. Good bang for your buck. Thank You!

The host left us some fresh fruit, grab-and-go snacks, drinks, and some wine which was a very nice and appreciated gesture. The neighborhood is quiet; the home is just a couple of miles from the MLB airport so it was very easy to get in and out. We used just 3 of the 5 bedrooms and all were comfortable. The TVs were loaded with subscriptions to several streaming suppliers, so it was nice to watch movies together with our family. I would recommend this home! Thank you!

We were in town to visit extended family, so we ate all our meals out but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with plenty of tableware and cookware. The host left us some fresh fruit, grab-and-go snacks, drinks, and some wine which was a very nice and appreciated gesture. The neighborhood is quiet; the home is just a couple of miles from the MLB airport so it was very easy to get in and out. We used just 3 of the 5 bedrooms and all were comfortable. The TVs were loaded with subscriptions to several streaming suppliers, so it was nice to watch movies together with our family. I would recommend this home! Thank you!

None of the furniture had been cleaned under for some time as evident by dust and bunnys but they do charge a cleaning fee. Deposit was returned fast.

The location was close to everything. Within minutes to Walmart, restaurants and the mall. There was a lot of space to hang especially if you have a large family.
