This is a darling property, close to campus & down town. We had a wonderful stay. Every bedroom is quite big. We were very comfortable. There is tons of seating in the living room, dining room and out on the front porch where we could enjoy the beautiful yard & sunshine. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked several meals while we were there. It was perfect for our Chico roommate reunion.
Our guest contact, Zachary was very nice & responsive to any of our questions via text.
No complaints.
