Space house in quiet area close to Lake. The house was in good and clean condition, although it had aged somewhat. But definitely recommendable.

It would be nice if the owners provided a resident pass for the tenants. Without this pass, you are not allowed to go to the beach in Incline.

We loved the location! Close to everything we needed. Also it was very clean, well-stocked, cozy, and comfortable.

As someone who is currently renovating a house to hopefully rent in the future, I appreciated all the work put into the cabin. The decor, fixtures, and furniture in the house were nice quality and well designed. I also appreciated the additional amenities that were there for the renters to enjoy (Beach chairs, tote bags, cooler, etc.) that allowed us to enjoy the local activities without having to purchase a lot of excess disposable junk or wasting our money on renting those items. Also, the owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early since we arrived in town early.

The only down side was that there was no AC. I understand it wouldn't be a justified investment since it is probably not warm enough to use it the majority of the year, but I would recommend installing ceiling fans in each room to help circulate the air.
