Location was nice and rooms were clean.

Description did not indicate it was a basement apartment with house occupied above. Created a strange dark and somewhat uncomfortable environment. Felt like we were unwanted guests hiding in the basement. No temperature control in the living space since this was controlled by the main house. Had to use 2 small space heaters for warmth. Also had to squeeze into a small space on the side of the house for parking. Overall this space would work great for an adult child where you are communicating frequently, not so much for unknown guests.
