Questo cottage costiero recentemente rinnovato offrirà sicuramente lo spazio perfetto per le tue prossime vacanze al mare! La zona giorno e la cucina combinate creano uno spazio accogliente per preparare i pasti e godersi i tuoi spettacoli preferiti! La camera da letto principale comprende un letto king size e un ampio armadio. Il bagno è situato appena oltre la cucina per un facile accesso a tutti gli ospiti. Esci sul balcone per goderti lo splendido clima della Florida che ti aspetta! Al piano inferiore si trova una zona barbecue privata con tavolo da picnic. Questo è lo spazio perfetto per ospitare un barbecue serale! Beachwalker Apartment si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalle splendide spiagge sul golfo. Cerchi spazio extra? L'appartamento Beachwalker ha un cottage annesso con 3 camere da letto che può anche essere affittato!

This is a very nice, clean, great location property for two people. 1 block to the beach, two blocks to Public’s, and 2 1/2 blocks to restaurants, drinks, and ice cream. Only 4-5 minute drive to the main business part of the island, with many shops, services, and food. This is an older home that has been well kept. We loved the porch, when we weren’t at the beach. The host was wonderful, check in and out was a breeze, code door lock so no key to worry about. You get some starter supplies, so bring or buy more bath soaps. Towels were nice. The only downside was they need to put some hooks in the bathroom and bedroom. Very nice bathroom. It’s a good value for the location and property. It has a common use washer and dryer, but there’s only one other unit, so no big deal, and there’s beach equipment to use included. We would rent this place again.

Great location! So easy to walk across the street to the beach access for sun, surf and sunsets. Close to several restaurants, groceries and shops. Need to be able to do steps here but the upper deck to sit outside is great. Nice laundry etc room. Beach chairs available but not in the best condition. Overall a wonderful weeks stay. Hopefully we can return.

Ideally an owner who rents beach property would provide the accoutrements to enjoy the beach - such as a beach umbrella. We had to rent one.

Floors were filthy. Bathroom smelled like urine. Toilet paper was awful. Paper towels were too tiny. Not enough towels. Not enough pillows. Chairs on patio very uncomfortable.
