Perfect location just steps from the beach right in the middle of AMI. A great stay for myself, my mother and my 2 teenage girls. Check in was easy as we arrived late at night. House was clean, spacious and cute. Walking distance to Publix. Hosts were attentive. The coffee maker was broken and they had the entire machine replaced within an hour. The only thing that may have made our week better was if there was a nicer sitting area outside and newer, fresher couches in the living room. There was a table and chairs in the driveway area. We would have our coffee out there each morning and it would be nice if they fixed up this area a bit. We were able to get a later check out time for a fee as our flight home was at 7:30pm. All in all a great place, perfect location. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent! Home was very roomy and beautiful. Located close to everything - grocery, restaurants, shopping. And the beach was just a hop and skip across the street. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house. It’s exactly as pictured and advertised. It’s literally 100 feet to the beach. The house was clean and we felt safe and never had to worry about our car or break-ins. There are shops, groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies all within walking distance. Our only complaint was a step down into the kitchen. It’s marked with striped tape but there is no handrail. The dishes provided were perfect for what we needed. We would certainly stay again!

There was one step from the main room to the dining room and kitchen. There was no railing to use as a hand guard. Why has this situation not been corrected?
