The hotel is small and very nice. The rooms are open and airy and there are common areas to sit spread around the hotel. The furnishings are new and tasteful. The staff were all helpful. The front desk people were available to answer questions. It is a short walk to the Heaven Restaurant. Their breakfasts had a great selection. Lunch and dinner there was always excellent. The setting is like being in a treehouse. The food was excellent and the servers made dining even more enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

The price of the rooms (with booking discount) was oke but not great. All extras tours, food massage etc are extremely overpriced. Quality of food is good but 2-3 times more than around the corner.

The breakfast was delicious, served on time, and plentiful. The Heaven restaurant and Boutique hotel looked exactly as shown in the pictures, it was so beautiful. The room is beautiful with artwork highlighting African culture. The restaurant location was great, near Kigali town, it has a serene environment and calm, just what I needed for my vacation. In addition, the hotel already has an itinerary of activities you can do and I participated in some of them and it was worth the money. I had an amazing time, the tour guides were professional and they answered the questions I had. I also had a complimentary massage that was included in my stay which was relaxing and amazing.

Most of my expectations were met. I do not see any further improvements, it's a nice place to be.

The staff are exceptional and the best I have ever dealt with as a hotel. So many gave wonderful service and it is very difficult to pick out names. I may add but I dealt with about 20 different staff but I might add the ones I dealt with most. Pool was lovely, the Heaven Restaurant was very relaxing and peaceful. Maybe tea lights would be a lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing and was sufficient to keep me going until the evening. The hot food was hot and only about 20% of hotels manage this. Reuben was patience personified and probably saw you most. Will add lovely staff later

I had asked 4 times by email for a quiet room but they did change. I would ask the hotel to AUTOMATICALLY put service charge on bills and if customers want to add more they can. Staff were exceptional and we would be happy for this to happen. Please have the tee shirts with a capital R for Rwanda. Such a minor point. The important things are been done brilliantly. SUPERSTARS.

This is the lower cost option of the 2 hotels. The up-market half is The Retreat. The restaurant is lovely. Good breakfast, and a lovely place for dinner. Use of gym (in The Retreat) & pool.

The hotel is in the lower part of the property which is close to the main road, so a bit noisy. The bathroom was tired, and the room was a bit dark. We had a great experience with assistance buying bus tickets. The front desk was really helpful sorting it out for us. Unfortunately, the front desk failed to organise the requested transport to the bus station the following day and provided no alternative. Although this hotel is the more affordable option, this should not impact the quality of the service it delivers.

Gorgeous place with great facilities and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Lots to do at the property and the restaurant was excellent.

The place is all around well kept up and the staff very helpful. Very clean and the restaurant one of the best I have been. Recommended even though check the prices carefully as the charged me two different rates for short stays within a week.

The room size is a bit small but well organized.
