We loved the location, the value, and the apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen was more or less fully stocked and there was even coffee and tea. The bed was really comfy, and it is the perfect place if you want to walk from your apartment to downtown or low-highland areas. We did not have to use our car to go anywhere (but we stayed in central/downtown Denver)

Everything met our standards, the only thing was the ad on booking said "parking available" and I felt this wasn't technically true, there is free parking about a block and a half away, which is no problem and we were able to find parking there. But there weren't a ton of free spots there, and I do feel like it is in the realm of possibility that someone could come and there wouldn't be parking spots and you'd be a little put out! (Also we happened to come when there was street sweeping on one side of the street, so no parking from 8am - 5 pm on one entire side of the street; meaning a 50% reduction in the free parking - but we got lucky)

The location is really good.

All the windows on one side had a blocking foil. Also, they wanted a guest to collect all towels, linens, and pillowcases and stack them elsewhere - that is what the cleaning fee is for! (And you still pay the cleaning fee). The toilet was leaking and making a sound in the night. The second night I tried to shut it off, but the valve would not let it. No convinient parking. If you park on the road (some distance away), there may be a street cleaning day - where do you park then?

Great spacious place. Better that I thought it would be.

Great location and easy access

It was a cute little apartment, and had everything we needed to be mostly comfortable.

We felt mislead about the parking… there is NONE… and the suggested parking lot is very very far away. The reservation stated the price included off street parking. We were under the impression it was a 2 room apartment, but it wasn’t, and there was only one bathroom… so if our friends had been able to join us they would have had to walk through our bedroom space to use the bathroom… awkward. The carpet was fairly unclean and not comfortable without slippers. The room was very very warm and the thermostat would only let us lower it a couple degrees, which made it uncomfortable in the 100 degree temperatures. The staff coordinator was very difficult to get a hold of. We paid premium price and a cleaning fee… but still we’re required to strip the bed before we left… it just seemed very overpriced for what was offered.

It was nice , clean and in an excellent neighborhood.
