It was everything one could want! Great location, well appointed and comfy beds!

We enjoyed staying at this 2-bd condo. It was very nice. However, we encountered a few problems but they were resolved by the staff very quickly. The kitchen was equipped with many things for us but there were no sharp cutting knives. And the dishwasher didn’t work (there were dirty dishes and cups in there when we arrived… I guess previous renters didn’t say anything to the office staff). After I called the office staff, they sent housekeeping to the condo with plenty of new knives that they bought at the store. And they sent maintenance to fix the dishwasher. As we were packing to leave in the morning, we saw a couple of roaches under the bed. Even though we got so many mosquito bites, we still enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking, easy checkin/checkout, very close to Sunset Beach.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and just as listed. We were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to all of our favorite places in Calabash. We would definitely stay here again!

We weren’t there for golf but if you were, it would be the perfect location. We needed a last minute reservation and had convenient access to the intercoastal waterway parking and an easy drive to the beach.
It looks as thought the unit can split into 2 units (1 hotel-style room, and 1 condo style) so it would have been nice to only rent the condo since having both was much more than we needed.
Communication for check-in/check-out was clear and easy. Not as much clean up required like other VRBOs, so that made it easier to pack up and head out in the morning.
Cleaning could have been more thorough (old coffee in coffee maker and crumbs on the carpet) but was adequate and in the end not a huge problem.
Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great place. Slept great, it was very clean and the rental team responsive. We enjoyed the Condo the pool and courts. The beach was only a short drive. We felt safe and will book again.

The condo was very worn. Kitchen plates/cups/utensils looked like they were bought at yard sale. Nothing matched. Place and fridge smelled like they just dumped a lot of cleaning all over place.
The exhaust fan light in bathroom was 1/5 full of dead gnats. Smoke detector battery went low so chirped all night. Called realty company and they said would put in work order. Called twice. Finally drove by and picked up a battery. Maintenance showed up next day. Said they just got work order. Closed one of the bedroom doors as we left. Door knob was broken so would not open back up. I had to take off hinges to get to my clothes.
Water pressure was good and hot. They did allow us to depart at 10:00 because of all the inconvenience.
Oh…hope you don’t have a bad back. Mattresses had no support and found a bug in one bed the day we left. Washed everything when we arrived home.

Property was fine except for useless dirty screened in porch area with no furniture. The outer porch area was covered with big spiders and webs everywhere. The inside was okay and had nice pool with in easy walking distance. The beach was beautiful with all sand, no hard shells to walk over. The only complaint is very little free public beach parking. There was a$10 all day charge in larger lot right next to small free lot. Beach very crowded due no other parking on Sunset Beach. But still glad we went. Not sure we'll go back to this area due to only one public beach access.

All appliances worked well and there were things there that we were unable to bring on our 15 hour roda trip. They let us check in early. Beds were pretty cozy. All in all i would reccomend and will probably use again next year.

The property worked perfectly for us traveling from SC, moving to WV. The only issue that we experienced was one of the toilets was in non-working order. Thank goodness there was a second bathroom. But was a tad awkward for a mom traveling with her adult son. Furnishings were dated, but everything was clean.

The condo was very well furnished and very close to everywhere that we needed to be. However, the two plastic chairs on the patio were broken and we had to carry kitchen chairs outside to enjoy the outside. The return filter for the a/c was VERY dirty and I did not look at the filter so I can only imagine.
