property totally no maintenance , dirty bedsheets and pillow and also smelly

Close proximity to the centre, comfortable bed, warm shower, plenty of space. Nice view from the balcony.
The facilties such as the pool, gym and sauna as the gym equipment is broken, sauna noone seems to leave on to reach optimum temperature and the pool is highly for of chlorine. Also a word of warning about the man on level 26 restaurant with unstable mental issues would be appreciated because the whole complex are aware of his kicking off antics. Apparently he does it several times a week. As a woman if I was traveling alone this would make me feel unsafe. He threatened my husband and the owner who knows him tried to pin it all on us which doesnt wash. Shame as we would have extended our stay and come back in the future however we would not be returning due to this issue.

Location is great, close proximity to the centre, nice view of the towers from our apartment. Spacious inside with bedroom seperation. Host was responsive.

La chambre était propre et simple, tout fonctionnait - j'ai particulièrement adoré la douche qui était très précise dans le choix de la température et très agréable.
A cet étage, l'accès aux équipements était rapide, et le personnel a été plus qu'à l'écoute. Le propriétaire est toujours prêt à rendre service, réactif et souriant. Je recommande l'expérience sans hésiter !

Service was very good and the stay was very comfortable. Also the place was very strategic. The owner was very kind and helpful and easy to deal with.

The room space is very big compare with the price value, most of the needed facilities is available. The location is very near to zepp within walking distance!

Mr Johnny was trying his best to satisfy us by changing many pieces of the very old furniture. But even with that, we could not stay in this apartment even for one night as the condition of the apartment is extremely bad.
The condition of the apartment is extremely bad. The apartment is old and almost everything in it is deteriorated. We could not stay even for one night in this apartment. The photos they showed for the apartment and evaluation in booking.com does not represent the condition of the apartment. The payment for 5 nights was already detected and I lost all that money. The rent price of the apartment is very high and the condition of it is very poor.

Every room has aircon and the room was very spacious.
No dish washing soap and detergent provided even though there is a washing machine to wash clothes. Also there are no water heater in the apartment. So its very cold to take a shower. I hope next time they will provide those necessities.

Unit condition is quite run down and not the same as seen on photo. Very Poor hygiene. Dead cockroach found inside fridge. Car park is dark
