Lazystay Grand, KIIT University

Situated in a prime location and surrounded by many corporate food chains

Central heater they had was not that good, staff told me to pour out two buckets of water so that hot water will come. I wasted two buckets of water still no hot water( only little warm water)

Location and staff behavior

Nothing like that..but yes the central hot water system is not good. I mean it provides you hot water unwanted.

Great experience

I like the services related to room service

There was no connection in TV,I was informed that the payment is over and they are going to recharge but recharge was not done till my stay 2.No WI FI Connection was available till my stay,I was told falsely that the problem is due to rain, where as the message in the system clearly indicated that in this case also alike TV,no recharge had been done 3.The hall on the 4th floor, where morning breakfast is being served was badly stinking coming out of some dead rats or any other pet,we had to take our breakfast in the adjacent roof space.when I complained the staff sprayed roof freshner to minimise the stinking bad smell
