Was the large balcony offering a stunning view of Lake Como. The bedroom also had a beautiful view of the lake. The host was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with.

The apartment is located high up on the hill, so you definitely need a taxi, which can be difficult to find. A taxi costs €32 one way. There are public buses, but unfortunately, we found out about them too late. If you are considering walking, keep in mind that there are no sidewalks and the road is winding. There is also no street lighting, so it gets very dark in the evening. We stayed for 3 days with 4 people, and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one of which had already been opened, so we ran out. There are neighbours on the other side of the wall, and we could hear their alarms early every morning, which woke us up. The second bedroom and the bathroom could use more lighting and a cozier atmosphere.

View and location were amazing though note you need a car / bike as it’s wayyy up the hill. Apartment was comfy, quiet and views unmissable at all parts of the day - village is also super good, ferries everywhere and reasonable parking charges.

Couple of minor issues, but of a suitcase track from car park to apartment plus missing some wine glasses missing (there was only one) and no spatulas for frying things. There was some lipstick on some glasses and hair left on a spare pillow.
