Bardzo ładnie urządzony, czysty apartament. Na 4 piętrze. Winda, balkon. 5 minut spacerkiem do rynku. Parking płatny przy ulicy. Jest prawie wszystko czego potrzeba.
Brakowało tylko piekarnika i hakerów które były na zdjęciach. Zaznaczę że byliśmy 7 osobową grupą .. a przy stole były 4 krzesła. Ale były 2 krzesełka na balkonie.

STAY AWAY if you want your valuable items to remain safe. A lot of money was stolen from my room and the staff showed absolutely no empathy or interest to help us figure out what happened.
the doors of the rooms open with codes, that only some staff members know, so I’m guessing some of those members did the job.

The location of the apartment was pretty central. The apartment is in a lovely, renovated flat complex; very close to the old town but safe and quiet. It was easy to get the keys.
The location of the apartment was pretty central, although it was necessary to take two different buses and walk for a little bit from the main train station. Not very convenient for someone with a larger suitcase. The checkout is at 10 am, and the owner charges ca. 10 euro for every extra hour. We felt that at least the first hour should be free. The breakfast was disappointing. It consisted of a plain bun, a croissant, a banana, one hard-boiled egg, a little bit of jam and butter, and a loaf of Polish fresh sour cheese, which is difficult to eat plain, not a delicacy and, in fact, the cheapest kind of cheese you can get out there. There was coffee and a coffee machine in the apartment, but not a drop of milk. It would not hurt to add a small bottle/carton of milk to the breakfast pack.

Location very convenient, good size apartment, easy to self check in.
Apartment was not prepped for us (family of four) one the bedrooms (very small room) was cramped with beds to the point that we could not move much, we didn't need three single beds...
Pretty empty, not looking like on pictures at all.
Very limited towels, one bath towel for each person, no hand towels at all, no hangers for towels, no floor mat in the bathroom, no shower door /curtain. No rugs on the floors in the sitting room or bedrooms
Cleaning, especially floors, could be better too.
All reported to the staff on call, but nothing could be done for us. Asked for refund of fee for parking and for one hour longer check out to cover our inconveniences, but nothing was done...
Will not be back.

There could be hand towels. We couldn’t get even though we asked. Only bath towels onsite.

things that could be improved: better equipped kitchen (e. g. bottle opener, more knives), minor cosmetic damages like on the bottom of the door to the bathroom could be repaired

Located very close to city center, just need to cross one road and your in city center. Can park car for free during night. Apartment is modern. Host gave clear instructions how to access apartment.
shower had only cold water, washing machine was working very loud, beedroom beds matrice needs to be changed, it was hard to sleep.

Location: about 15 minutes walking to the old town. Convenience store downstairs.
Nice balcony, comfy bed, hot water, nearly everything you may need for your stay.
Big plus: air conditioner, during summer nights it helped a lot.
Check in at 4pm - check out at 10am.
This is not a very good practice for a hospitality business. Travelers are usually loaded with bags, tired, and they just want a place to rest.
The host allowed us to leave our bags at their office while waiting until 4pm to check in. This was a good gesture, but I think it is better to allow the guest to enter at 2pm and exit at noon, like in most of the hotels.
The studio was not spotless, at the entrance of the building you could see a lot of garbage.

Good location, a place suitable for 3 guests.
It is really hot there during summer and there is no AC in the appartment. I would not stay there during summer in case you plan to be inside the appartment some time during the day.

All code were provided beforehand and worked perfectly fine upon arrival
Please change your breakfast. We hardly ate it on the first day, but the next days they remained almost untouched. It didn't ruin our overall great experience, but was definitely not worth the money.

All as described, perfect location - five minutes walk to main square, three minutes to tram stop, one minute walk to small grocery shop. No check in needed, just received access codes. Perfect flat for short stay.

The location is great, 5 min walk from the old town
It was really difficult to understand where entrance C is. We just couldn’t find it and the doorman speaks only Polish…

Location is perfect! Relatively quiet but very close to the city center
- Clean
- Hosts were helpful on some questions
- Lots of tableware
- Nice balcony
- Internet was terrible most of the time. Restarting the router didn't help
- No storage! There is one very small wardrobe but no shelves for our clothes there
- Curtains are too small and not properly attached. Hardly cover the windows
- Somebody mentioned it and I agree. The shower curtain is a complete failure. Lots of water on the floor at the end. No mop cloth. I had to use a towel which is not right at all!
- Just 1 kitchen knife and no scissors
- Bed sheets are too small, hardly cover the sides of the mattress
- For 12 nights stay could be extra bed clothes or pillow cases at least
- Not sure about so many decorative pillows. If they are washed after each stay, then it's fine
- For me it lacked some extra nice little touches to make it feel really cozy

spotlessly clean, super comfy beds! Code on the door which was great for a group so we weren’t minding keys. very close to old square literally 4-5 min walk Watch the YouTube clip sent on the email to find the building which is a smart idea as a lot of building are hidden in Poznan we found
Check out is a bit early 10am and when asked could we check out later there was a charge per hour even thought we’d stayed 3nights, though it was bit much as check in is quite late at 4pm also.

Generally all good, clean and new apartments. Close to centre.
The only issue which was a bit annoying was that building is not ready yet and builders are still working there so generally most of the Friday they drilled walls. Also we had a problem with a cooker as we couldn't switch it on. Breakfast was served by a catering company and left each morning, nothing special I think next time I will chose option without a breakfast.
