The staff at this Hampton Inn were top notch. We stayed here, unplanned on Christmas Eve, due to illness while traveling, and they made a crappy day end much better. They even left holiday stockings with a few treats on our door knob when we woke up the next morning. And the breakfast, a typical hotel spread, was served with a lot of love. It was a great touch.
We didn't have any issues with this hotel.

It was SO clean and comfortable. After a long 10-hour drive, it was such a welcome rest. The person who checked us in was extremely friendly.
There was a weird smell around the pool; it smelled like sewage. It wasn’t constant, rather every once in a while. It was hard to tell if it was coming from the pool area, or near in the road.

AC in room 225 was unpleasantly loud upon start up.

The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the sheets are soft. Bathroom has decent water pressure. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best out there considering it’s included in the price of the stay. Overall this property has a very “homey” energy about it and I love staying here every time I pass through Nashville.

Breakfast was nice, not as many options as some, but the kids thought the make your own red velvet mini-waffles were fun. Didn't realize there would be so many dogs though, and we have allergies to dogs. Had no problem though. Everything was very clean.

This property is well maintained and beautifully kept! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was more than expected and very tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed going to our final destination and then stayed again on the trip back home. Great experience!
I can't think of anything they could improve on for this hotel. I wouldn't want them to change a thing! They did charge for incidentals on the check in, but to me, that is not a negative.
