I have allergic to dust and become worse when I stay here. So I believe the cleanliness need to improve.

The accommodation is convenient as it provides a family room. However, it would be helpful if the company could consider providing a lift or an alternative access arrangement for families with children under one year old, as carrying baby items to rooms located on Level 2 can be challenging.

However, I would like to compliment the staff and management for being friendly and helpful. The check-out process is also very convenient and up-to-date.
I am staying in room 201. The water pressure in the bathroom, both at the shower and the pipe near the toilet bowl, is very low, making it difficult to shower and use the toilet.
