This place was better than I expected. The rooms had such a beachy vibe and there’s lots of space. This gives the feel of a true vacation!! The pool is spectacular and there’s a direct walk to the beach. I recommend because this place is near everything. I can tell that these people truly wanted its guests to have a comfortable and delightful stay!!

Overall, no major issues, we had a great time. That said, you could tell the property could use some TLC and some updates. Simple things like the outdoor shower head (almost no water comes out; it’s corroded and old), or the door knob to the upstairs (the latch gets stuck so you have to mess with it to get it to close properly), and maybe a paint job, especially on the balcony/pergola outside.
There were some other minor amenities and things that would have been nice, like more wash rags, etc. But again, for the most part it was a good stay with no major complaints. We would stay here again, but it would be nice to see the owners update the property a little.

1st Family vacation was perfection!
The house was perfecto for us. For starters Betty was great and quick to respond. When the coffee pot stopped working she immediately bought a new one and brought it to us. The pool was perfect in the evenings after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything free needed. The grill is a charcoal grill and not gas grill but that worked out better for us. We truly enjoyed the first time all 3 families got together. Beach was literally 1/2 block away. We truly had the time of our lives.

Overall it was a fun vacation but the bottom bedrooms are not ideal. The pool was not clean. The kids had fun though. The upstairs main living area was very nice and accommodating but the bottom level wasn’t just because the bedrooms are in the garage.

Bright, spacious and perfectly located!
First off this house is a block away from the beach! It was so easy to grab our stuff from the garage and hit the surf which we did most days. The house was bright, spacious and clean equipped with everything you could need. There are two rooms and a bathroom downstairs which served as separate living quarters for our teenagers. Perfect for us and them! We especially enjoyed the front deck views (you could just see the Gulf) and the backyard pool (it felt like we had our own private oasis). Communication with the hosts was easy and check in was a breeze. This is our new favorite spot on the island! Loved it!!

Paradise
The name given to this house is fitting: Angel's Paradise. It has been recently painted, is clean, very close to the ocean, heated pool (in the winter), with great views from the main level (2nd floor). The main level has 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, two full baths, a nice kitchen, an open living room with two new pullout couches. Downstairs (street level) have 2 additional bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry room. The garage area is set up to have a car parked or a hangout area.
It is very close to bars and restaurants, and a gas station / convenient store at the end of the street. It doesn't get much better than this to have a vacation and relax.

I NEVER write reviews but this is a VERY misleading property!! The location of the house was amazing! BUT the fact that there is no explanation or documentation of the layout of the house is very misleading. The “main” house is actually on the second floor. There are some very lose stairs - that really concerned me while watching my 70 yr old mom go up and down. The main floor had two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and living room. Though the house said it accommodated 14- there was no where near enough seating for 14 people. We tried to watch a movie altogether and we had to have people sit at the dining table and then there were two chairs and a very old/worn couch. The kitchen wreaked of bug spray which I guess it was better finding dead water bugs than live ones. Still gross. Here’s the deceptive part- the two other bedrooms and bathroom are located off the garage downstairs. BUT there is NO staircase inside the house to get to these extra rooms from the main house!!!! WHAT???!! We had multiple children but weren’t able to use these rooms bc they were not connected to the house. We never would have booked this property for our family had we known about this layout. There was also no door or stairs to get to the pool. Just a gate that was by the door to the garage. There’s an awesome balcony overlooking the pool so not sure why stairs weren’t added off that balcony to the backyard for easier access. I highly recommend this property for college kids or spring breakers but it’s really not suitable for a family- especially one with younger kids!!!

The property was well kept and up to date. We had plenty of room for 10 people that occupied the house and plenty of extra space. We had problem with pool heater, but owner immediately fixed it. The owners were great super hosts.

THE HOUSE WAS GREAT THE MANGER CAME TO HELP US we have no complaints except upstairs the mattress need to be changed in the rooms ...the house came with everything it was walking distance to the beach ,,we could not get the pool to heat up but the pool was nice and the backyard was amazing. We will definitionally stay here again...thanks for every thing ms. Estelle

Good stay
We had a great time. The hosts were super nice and welcoming, and great at communicating. They are close by to help if needed, but definitely didn't get in our way. The location was great, super close walk to the beach even with small kids. We came and went multiple times a day without any trouble. I could see where having no interior stairs could be a problem with some groups, but we made it work and it didn't bother us. All of the beds were pretty squeaky and not very comfortable. It was a great vacation overall.

Perfect Girls Trip
The house is in a perfect location. Walking to beach and bar 1 block. Nice neighborhood overall. The rooms were accommodating for our party of 5. The dryer was a bit wonky and the downstairs shower needs a little TLC but nothing was worthy of is not coming right back here next yeart. The owners are delightful!
