Appartamento ampio con giardino grande e con la disponibilità del parcheggio.
Non troppo pulito e presenti molte formiche.

The view, comfortable sofa for sleeping.
Some mold has started to appear in the house.

Even though the place didn't have breakfast it was one of the best stays we have had! The rooms were spacious and very tidy. The views from the terrace were stunning (Pico mountain and ocean look absolutely wonderful). It is close to the town's São Roque center. The kitchen had all the needed amenities to make proper meal. There is plenty of space to park the car. The check-in was smooth and quick.

Very friendly host with fast responses throughout our stay. We were even able to check in early, and upon arrival there were two breakfast buns waiting for us, which was a lovely touch.
The view is wonderful, and we especially appreciated the WhatsApp updates about things happening on the island, such as live music events and local festivals. That was truly excellent service and made the stay feel more personal and welcoming.
There were only two downsides. First, there were quite a lot of spiders and spider webs in the house. A few would have been understandable, but every room had several, so we felt we had to clean a bit upon arrival. The windows were also quite dirty, which unfortunately blocked part of the beautiful view.
Second, some of the furniture and facilities felt rather old and worn. The mattress was quite saggy, the toilet was a bit unstable, and the couch was not very comfortable.

"L'ampia terrazza da cui godere della vista sul mare per i pranzi o solo per rilassarsi, la comodità del parcheggio interno, la fornitura di tutto il necessario per cucinare e in generale per soggiorna..."
