Room was clean, nice and quiet. Staff was friendly.
The food I ordered at the bar was like $7 worth of food, charged me $35, ripoff; I mean it was nothing but a precooked chicken patty with microwave rice. Nothing around either but a crumby little gas station.
Airport not possible to walk to; no tram or train. Small $9 bus slogs around the airport every hour I believe, $13 private rides in a mini van, or $25 uber (to go 1.5 miles) lol

We loved the location and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The car parking was easier than anticipated and it was easy to access the M25 when we went out sightseeing
The customer service was not to the level we had expected. It took too long to get information or to get issues such as the power outage in the room addressed. The check in when it worked was great but if you had to line up the queue was long and when make enquires there was hardly any staff behind reception.

Good location
The room was extremely noisy. The fridge sounded as if it was taking off and kept me awake all night. Also the fire alarm went off around 10.30 pm with no announcement as to why.
