The excellent cozy roof room; the brilliant bath, the fantastic breakfast! 10/10; the morning service with Mr Jacob! He just said the right thing at the right time and paid attention to the details; he is just such a charming, professional, smart, tact-&respectful staff member! Priceless! The food, the location, it was top notch.
The unprofessional, unskilled, inattentive staff (two younger staff members); not very well trained, didn't pay attention to any detail and the language of this joung staff member! Dreadful! Every 2nd word was "guys"....I am NOT "guys or nates" to anybody; with 68 I would expect more respect!

Superb location, very comfy bed and a powerful shower
That the room wasn’t cleaned. Strangely they come in and wash the cups but don’t make the bed or sort the towels

It is well located. The bar/cafe/restaurant area was nice. The bedroom was a decent size. The staff were excellent. We had a nice view of the sea.
It was very warm, and the fan they provided wasn't good. Plus, there are no lifts. It is an old building, so not having a lift is okay. It is a pleasant place, ultimately. I think someone brought one of our cases up, but there was no one to take them down. A bit of kerfuffle, but a trade-off for staying in a charming place that is well-located.
