The team in the reception is very helpful and friendly.
1) The music in the open air is not professional ( poor Shailaat ) and noisy. I noticed people avoid going there and stay in their villa because it is not world class management of the location
2) the hotel restaurant management is bad and cheap

- car parking with excellent place and covered from sun

- insects widely distributed at night
- poor trees varieties, only palms
- no clear direction to swimming pool and Gym
- breakfast needs to be in a better quality
- playground is old and needs to be with more varieties
- No family and children activities
- check in at 4 PM so most of the day lost !

Rooms are clean, well designed and great decoration. Really exceptional service from the reception with Turki Aseeri to the Housekeeping and security, this kind of service you don’t find these days. Perfect stay.

the restaurant has poor options for food

the location and vilas .
they closed sections of the place due to others people booking the entire section. even the restaurants was closed for indoor dining and as quests we had to eat out door . this not acceptable. i wouldn’t recommend this place due to this reason.

its not bad
my worst experience in checking in or out , they're taking long time for nothing.
And be careful, if your child soiled the blanket they will charge u 130 riyals !!

No heating in villas, it was freezing.
Staff were slow in changing a kettle.

no water in the rooms .. the restaurant wasn’t good include food, drinks and desserts

Luxurious and spacious villa
Nice common area with seating under palm trees
Very easy to reach from Riyadh airport (20 minutes) on King Salman Road without having to cross the city
Excellent base for sightseeing trip to Diriyah and the Edge of the World
Soft drinks besides the breakfast have to be paid extra (and are expensive)

It is excellent resort for a short stay. Nice staff and good treatment .
The private pool is too small and good for kids only. For adults the size is not enough for a long swim
