The views from the apartment are spectacular. The terrace is very usable thanks to the parasols provided in the apartment.

-It is on the fourth floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. This is not indicated in the Spanish text of the advertisement. Carrying suitcases or groceries up the stairs is an ordeal. If you have mobility issues, you will not be able to climb the stairs. -IT DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN PARKING. There are five parking spaces on the street leading to the staircase; if they are occupied, you will have to go far away to find parking. -YOU HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE OWNER. Two things in the apartment were not working (the air conditioning in the living room and the main bed) and we were not given a solution, because the contact number is for the cleaning person. This person reports the problem to the owner, who is abroad, and we never receive a response or solution.
