The location, the hosts (very responsive), the apartment decor/ look and feel
No air conditioning - as it was quite warm so was hard to sleep. The hosts provided fans but it was still very hot.

Easy access, perfect location, newly renovated
No A/C in hot weather (I know this is normal, but a portable one by the window would have been nice)

The apartment is located in a new building with a modern design and beautiful decoration throughout. Everything felt very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of storage space for a longer stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs. We made use of it quite often and really enjoyed spending time there.
The location is unbeatable: it is situated in the lovely, quiet Seefeld neighborhood with several trendy cafés just a few steps away. At the same time, it is very well connected by tram, making it easy to reach all parts of Zurich. The check-in process was extremely quick and straightforward, and customer service was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
There is honestly very little to criticize. If I had to mention one minor point, it would be that the bathroom felt a bit tight in terms of space. However, this was a very small issue and did not affect our overall experience.

"Appartamento monolocale molto carino, arredato bene e comodissimo. Ben insonorizzato. Zona tranquilla con pochissimo traffico, si dormiva bene con le finestre aperte. Si arriva in centro a Zurigo con ..."
