The place was clean and convenient.
Check-in is unusual. You have to wait for the housekeeping staff to arrive. There is no permanent reception, only rooms.

The room was nice and comfortable. It had direct access from the yard, thus barrier-free. There was kettle, tea, coffee available. Although it's very close to the busy street, the room was quiet. The mattress was nice. Communication with the owner was quick and effective. The price was friendly.

The check-in was very smooth with clear instructions. It was also clean and the owner was easy to contact.
The bed was not comfortable, it was sinking down in the middle. The pillows were also very big and hard so very uncomfortable to sleep on. There was also noise of the fridge during the night that was disruptive. If these things were improved then the apartment would be great.

Location was perfect, close to everything we needed, quiet and calm with a nice sitting area outside. The shared kitchen was useful, the bed was comfortable and the hostess lady very welcoming and attentive, many thanks to her! For the price, I highly recommend.
It was extremely hot in Tbilisi that week and the AC was barely working, it took 24 hours to cool down the room temperature so we could sleep in comfort, that's the only thing that could be improved.
