Looks amazing and photographs well from a distance but very shabby and shoddy in parts Decking , artificial grass, cheap finish Artificial grass lumpy and uneven Steps very badly done Bad lightling and dangerous in the dark Uneven ground . Lack of shampoo condition and shower gel , one tiny soap style dispenser in shower , need to bring shampoo & conditioner No robes Wardrobe small and in need of repair Shower adjustable hose was broken so could only shower from the rain shower hose and no shower caps Paid extra for balcony but far to small to enjoy and to close to neighbouring balcony for privacy .. Advertised with Bali/day beds but they were all extra to use , not included in all inclusive Unfortunately food was very poor Breakfast was ok but not hot breakfast Plenty of nice fruits but croissants stale and hot food appaling Lunch & dinner were interchangeably as bad as each other Similiar food for both, never hot Overdone Meat dry and overdone We dreaded dinner time .. Staff in the restaurant on the other hand were very helpful and friendly always Staff at pool bar very good Cleaner excellent Room always spotless Multiple small issues bring down what could be a lovely hotel Wouldn’t rate it as a 4 star No iron either Not the hotels fault but a warning that everybody had lots of bites from mosquitos so bring spray

Likely we were mobile with the stair to our room, but we understand this is why we had great view

Bel resort in posizione incantevole su un'isola a 30 minuti da Dubrovnik. Ristorazione eccellente e super abbondante. Formula all inclusive vera con snack e bibite alcoliche e analcalichebper tutto il giorno. Intrattenimento musicale la sera ben dosato mai invadente. Da ritornarci.

In piscina regole non rispettate. Talvolta confusione e tuffi in acqua fastidiosi.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, good showers, nothing in the resort is too far away, consistently very clean throughout. We had a room issue that was resolved with relative ease and speed.

Food options were fairly varied but didn't always taste good quality, staff was a real mixed bag, as was service. Entertainment painfully out of touch and catered to a 60+ audience. (I'm writing this as a 38YO, hardly looking for a rave)
