Kleopatra ICARIA Apart Hotel

My daughter and I spent two wonderful weeks here and were very happy with our stay. The people working here are very kind, polite, and hardworking. All our questions and requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The room was cleaned approximately every 3 days, sometimes even more often. The staff speaks English very well, but we understood each other almost without words anyway. 🥰 We were also very pleased with the room amenities. There were enough dishes for two people, as well as everything needed for cooking. For preparing simple meals, it was more than enough for us. There is also an electric kettle and a microwave. If you wish, you can have meals downstairs at the café for an additional charge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, hot water was always available in the shower, and soap and shower gel were provided. The balcony offered a wonderful view of the sea, the mountains, and Kale❤️ We loved having breakfast here. The bed was large and comfortable. The TV worked perfectly. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings. There was also a large, almost panoramic window overlooking the sea, and the room had a lovely sunny orientation . Downstairs, besides the café and bar, there is a well-maintained swimming pool, a shower, and a toilet. We are very happy that we chose this hotel and will definitely come back again when we have the opportunity. My Family like the most was the service. All the Staff from the reception, the waiters, the cleaners they are just very helpful, kind, nice , polite and very welcoming. The food market, shops are very close to the hotel. 2-3 minutes walk to Kleopatra beach. We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel ❤️

La cucina poco attrezzata, del tutto assenti attrezzi per la pulizia ( scopa , paletta, asciugamani per i piatti ecc). La cosa peggiore è il rumore a tutte le ore della notte, questo dovuto soprattutto alla maleducazione degli ospiti che al rientro dalle loro uscite notturne urlano, ridono, sbattono le porte, ma nessuno dice loro niente. Siamo stati lì cinque notti e per cinque notti la stessa cosa. Il riposo è impossibile
