Questo nuovissimo loft a 4 livelli dal design personalizzato si trova nel cuore di Palermo Soho. La casa dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto, 4 bagni lussuosi, ampio soggiorno aperto con terrazza privata Jacuzzi e terrazza privata a livello barbecue con sala da pranzo esterna. Tutto a pochi isolati in questo classico edificio architettonico classico troverete Plaza Armenia, Don Julio Parilla e il meglio in caffetterie, ristoranti, negozi e vita notturna. Questa casa è stata appena completata nel 2020 con tutto ciò che è nuovo di zecca e pronto per gruppi più grandi e famiglie per unirsi a noi.

This is hands down one of my favorite VRBOs to date! The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything. Great rooftop balcony to hang and plenty of space. It was clean and check in was super easy. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Barry again when we return!

We had a nice visit. Great location. Be prepared for some noise with the 24 hour McDonalds next door and the refrigerator sounded alarms at night. Lots of space and close to everything.

We stayed in Palermo Soho Jewel for 5 weeks, April-May. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. Getting to food, restaurants, bars, everything was super easy. We walked everywhere and had some of the most amazing food. We didn't get to use the top decks as much as we would have liked because Argentina was having a record setting heat wave and being outside wasn't pleasant the first couple of weeks. The last three weeks were better and we did use it a little more. The cleaning staff was superior. One thing to be aware of is the stairs that have no hand rail. I loved the look and we managed fine, but it might be tricky for older people and children. Behind the house is a McDonald's; though not a real problem, it did take away from the scenery a bit. There seems to be ways to block that and it looks like the owners maybe working on that. The SHOWERS WERE THE BEST WE HAD EVER EXPERIENCED. The water pressure was fabulous. We fell in love with our home away from home and did not want to leave. For anyone considering, we highly recommend this location and Barry and Coco as a team.
