Spectacular view and piping hot spa! Very well set out holiday house.

Nothing but we couldn’t locate the recycling bin.

Great communication. Heat pump was on when we arrived so nice and warm.

Beds were too hard and no give in mattresses at all. We all had sore backs each morning. The mattresses basically too hard and need some form of pillowtop cover added to soften the mattress. Both bathrooms, the toilet seats were very loose and moved when you sat on them. The tile floors were really freezing cold to walk on being winter. For maintenance all the locking clips on the spa pool were broken and the lid held down by bricks which is not safe for children. I noticed the sealer at the base of the tiles and tile splash back in shower off the main bedroom (by Spa pool end) was coming out so needs resealing to prevent water damage getting into the wall. The front door lock was loose and made it difficult to lock from the inside as lock barrel moving back and fwd so needs attention

Luxurious feel, heated towel racks and heating were great.

Tried to contact Bach care about a matter, and no answer. There was a laminated sheet with outdated contact numbers and handwritten Wi-Fi information- for the price we paid it’s the finer details that could have been improved.

Setting, view, drying room, spa pool, comfortable beds. Disc golf a bonus. Good parking. Spa robes were great.

Lack of crockery, plates and cup too big and not enough for a group of 6. Broken blind cord in one bedroom. No facecloths. No dining room table inside.

Amazing place to stay. Modern, clean, stylish and very warm. Loved the spa and the view of the mountain!

Beds were quite uncomfortable. And the window at the en-suite shower was completely see through at night even with the blind down. Not ideal once other yurts are built around and if you have more guests staying with you. Big oversight.
